Total Training™ is an efficient, effective workout for the body and brain combining yoga, personal training techniques, and mantra. This low-impact, stress-reducing, high-intensity method, created by Anne-Margaret Redding, uses only body weight, a ring, and a resistance band to sculpt long, lean muscles and improve posture, coordination, and flexibility. The practice of mantra makes the training complete as it reprograms the mind with empowering messages to enhance mood, productivity, and self-esteem. The workout demands ultimate exertion, with brief recovery periods, providing the greatest caloric burn and cardiovascular strengthening.
